You have done the research, found the start-up capital and decided upon the franchise that is right for you and/or your partners. It is, however, followed up with an agreement that says you will follow the “how-to’s.” Don’t follow the “how-to’s” and the agreement will tell you “you will” follow the “how-to’s.” This is why understanding the paper is so important right from the start. Remember the big picture The big thing to remember is that everybody involved has an interest in your success.
