It is like something out of a utopian fantasy but it might be true… there are rumors circulating about a new car being released which runs on compressed air It has a limited distance it can travel without getting loaded up again with compressed air but I suppose it will be good for running errands.
The shortcoming that I see is that there are millions of cars out there and they have not figured out a way to convert them to this fuel system.
